After a multi-decade career leading communications and marketing for a Fortune 100 company, Susie (she/her) found her second passion in helping professionals and leaders with their purpose and their presence. She loves coaching leaders, professionals in transition and professionals searching for fulfillment and purpose.

In addition to her work with Carolin Associates, she is an adjunct professor in the Mass Communications Department at Winthrop University.

A proud Clemson alum, she received her Masters in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. She is a certified professional coach and is a Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach.She is certified in online education and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Susie is a passionate volunteer for Clemson University, the Humane Society of Charlotte and Charlotte is Creative.
